Когда Святая Месса приняла современный вид?ВОПРОС:

Когда и каким образом обряд Святой Мессы принял привычный нам современный вид?

ОТВЕТ:

Сегодняшняя Литургия обладает, по сути, теми же чертами, что и Литургия первых христиан. Сохранилось свидетельство святого Иустина, который описывал евхаристическое богослужение примерно в 155 году. Вот как он описывал Литургию:

«В так называемый день солнца бывает у нас собрание в одном месте всех живущих по городам или селам. И читаются, сколько позволяет время, сказания апостолов или писания пророков. Потом, когда чтец заканчивает, предстоятель посредством слова делает наставление и увещание подражать этим прекрасным вещам. Затем все встаем и воссылаем молитвы, как о себе, так и обо всех других, находящихся повсюду, дабы удостоились мы стать и по делам ведущими праведный образ жизни и исполнителями заповедей для получения вечного спасения. По окончании молитв мы приветствуем друг друга лобзанием. Потом к предстоятелю братьев приносятся хлеб и чаша воды и вина.

Он, взяв это, воссылает именем Сына и Святого Духа хвалу Отцу вселенной и обильно совершает благодарение (по-гречески «евхаристия») за то, что Он удостоил нас этих даров.

После того, как он завершит молитвы и благодарение, весь присутствующий народ в ответ возглашает «Аминь».(…) После благодарения предстоятеля и возглашения народа те, кого мы называем диаконами, дают каждому из присутствующих хлеб и вино и воду, над которыми совершено благодарение, и относят это к тем, кто отсутствует».

Таким образом, основная структура Божественной литургии, в каком бы обряде она ни совершалась, развивалась в двух частях: Литургия Слова и Евхаристическая литургия. Они составляют между собой единое целое, так как трапеза Евхаристии в то же время является и трапезой Слова.
