Details of the project: We are Voxtab - a leading provider of English transcription services across the globe. We are a brand of Crimson Interactive, one of the world’s foremost innovators of language solutions. Innovation is not simply a marketing strategy for us; it is a value we live by.
We are currently looking for:
a) English to English captioning
b) Source language to English subtitling
c) English to target language subtitling
d) Source to source transcription (any language except English)
e) Source language to English direct translation
f) English to target language direct translation
g) Voiceover services
For subtitles, we are looking for experts who can easily handle formats such as SRT, WebVTT, XML and DFXP.
If you or your team is interested in joining our vendor base, please write to me with the below set of details.
1. Your company brochure/flyers
2. List of services you provide, including a list of languages that you can cater to.
3. Fee per minute and turnaround time based on 30-minute slots for up to 10 hours of audio/video. For example, how many business days you would take to deliver 0-30 minutes of audio, 31-60 minutes of audio and so on.
4. Your current permanent/in-house team strength
5. Your current freelancer strength for all your major languages
6. Brief explanation of your quality control and deadline adherence - tracking and delivery systems
7. Your availability in terms of number of days/week, the work hours and time zone you work from
