Sample text (50 to 200 words): 1. Ladle must be cleaned from adhering metal flakes of aluminum alloy.
2. In manual mode-the ladle must be heated over the melted aluminum, without being immersed in it.
3. The warmed ladle must be greased with High-temperature non-stick paste like- WOLFRAKOTE (Trenenx).
4. In manual mode- the greased ladle should be immersed 3-5 times into the melted aluminum- scoop up and then pour.
5. Then you can start casting in automatic mode.
