Details of the project: Dear transcribers,
We have a potential transcription project for which we are submitting bidding.
Please find the following pointers for your kind reference:
1) Subject matter: Disciplinary proceedings against public accountants and accounting entities in respect of any improper act or conduct.
2) The service period will be for two years continuously based on your avaibility.The transcription assignment will be needed to be completed within the 3 days after the request is initiated. The transcriber will be required to hear, record, transcribe the records in the prescribed format.
3) Transcribers who have good track records or any form of certification for transcribing works will be considered favourably. Please state and attached copy of any related certification in transcription. E.g. Excellent record and experience with any client.
4) Transcriber will be stationed at the client's office premises throughout the contract. Thus, it is mandatory for the transcriber to visit the office.
5) Appointed transcriber(s) shall adhere to the transcribing guidelines/format and in-house style which will be communicated upon appointment.
6) We need complete sample transcript of an audio recording (i.e. 10 mins) which is transcribed. Please also provide the cost of your service per minute/explicitly let me know how you would be charging for transcription. If there will be any transportation cost, please state the same.
7) You updated CV for evaluation purposes. The language proficiency of the recommended transcriber(s) and the educational qualifications must be stated.
