JOB DESCRIPTION
• Accurately convey the meaning of the source text
• Research legal, technical, and scientific phraseology to find the appropriate terms
• Produce a grammatically correct final version

QUALIFICATION
• Proficiency in Chinese and English
• An understanding and knowledge of technical terminology
• Expertise/an advanced degree in any of the following fields:

Simplified Chinese to English:
- Science (Physics, Material sciences, Earth / Atmospheric Science, Plant and Animal Science)
- Engineering (Mechanical/Civil, Electronics and Electrical)
- IT (Computer Science, IT)
- Social Science (Political Science, Sociology, Organizational Behavior)
- Humanities (Anthropology, History, Philosophy)
- Economics and Finance
- Medicine (Medicine, Surgery, Gastroenterology, Urology, Pharmacology, Allied Healthcare)

Traditional Chinese to English:
- Humanities (General)
- Mechanical / Civil Engineering
- Life Sciences (any)

English to Traditional Chinese:
- Engineering
- Medicine, Pharmacology
