We are looking for a native Marathi and a native Hindi speaker to translate advices concerning agricultural topics. The work will be ongoing and you can expect a large amount of work.

What to do: Preparation and application of compost.
When to do: After 30 days compost is ready.
Apply: 3 weeks after sowing: 1.5–2.5 tons And 10–12 weeks after sowing: 1.5–2.5 tons.
Why to do: Organic matter particles keep the soil moist for a long time and retain essential nutrients for plants. Furthermore organic material hosts numerous beneficial soil organisms that improve soil fertility and thereby increase yield. Many soils on conventional farms lack organic matter due to intensive cultivation
and an overuse of chemical fertilizers.
