Sample text (50 to 200 words): يلتزم الطرفان بأحكام قانون سوق أ رس المال رقم 95 لسنة 1992 ولائحته التنفيذية والقرارات الصادرة تنفيذاً لهما بالإضافة إلي قرارات الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية الخاصة بصناديق النقد وكذلك الشروط والأحكام الواردة فى نشرة الإكتتاب في وثائق الصندوق، ولا يجوز أن تخل أو تتعارض الأحكام الواردة فى هذا العقد بأى منهم. وفى حالة الإخلال أو التعارض تسري الأحكام الواردة في قانون سوق أ رس المال رقم 95 لسنة 1992 ولائحته التنفيذية والقرارات الصادرة تنفيذاً لهما بالإضافة إلي قرارات الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية الخاصة بصناديق النقد وكذلك الشروط والأحكام الواردة فى نشرة الإكتتاب في وثائق الصندوق. وتعتبر أحكامهم مكملة لكل ما لم يرد ذكره بهذا العقد.
