New York Habitat (www.nyhabitat.com) is a successful recognized international real estate agency.

We specialize in the Furnished Rental, Bed & Breakfast and Vacation Rental markets in New York, Paris, London and the South of France.

We are currently looking for a Certified German Tutor to supervise German translation interns participating long distance from their home country.

At New York Habitat you will:

• Act as a long-distance supervisor for translation interns working from their home country.

• Proofread translations by the interns and help them with their translation challenges.

• Contribute to the progress of the intern through weekly evaluations.

Special requirements to the applicants: Your qualifications:

• Native German speaker

• You are an experienced German tutor (a degree in German translation is a huge plus)

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience teaching / translating German

• You own your company in your own country OR you are documented in the US

• You are able to work flexible hours

The position will pay $30 per hour.
