Je cherche un spécialiste en informatique NTIC qui pourra me faire la recherche nécessaire et de trouver la solution exacte pour ce sujet càd programmer en langage j2me:
adapter le flux vidéo ou audio au contexte des réseaux mobiles
c'est à dire faire du streaming vidéo dans les réseaux mobiles
donc les tâches à réaliser sont:
-faire le streaming
- récupérer le débit actuel du réseau
-choisir la technique de compression vidéo ou audio la plus adéquate selon le débit du réseau.
