Hi, guys is any one there worked for this guys called Shakti Enterprise from India?
I have worked for this guys and they don't want to respond my email after I gave them, their translated files back.

Yes, they didn't pay to us too! I passed this case to debt recovery agents!

Beware of Shakti Enterprise! I worked for them for 5 years. Payments were late, but released at last. Now they owe me several invoices from projects done during 2012. At first, I had to resend all my invoices for the payments to be confirmed (??). Once I sent all the invoices and they were confirmed, they told me to wait. They paid half of the amount they owed and told me I would receive the rest on the first days of January. Still waiting. They are just ignoring my emails now. Be careful.
Fortunately, I received my full payment yesterday. Payment was late, but received.
They didn't pay me too. I was waiting for 3 months. And they don't answer my messages. Be aware !
You do not pay your translators! 60 days after submitting my invoices I haven't been paid, when I inquire about they tell me to resend the invoice and wait another 45 days. Is this what this sector has come to, tricks and lies?
Another reason to avoid agencies offering low rates (and ridiculous deadlines). In my experience, the lower the rate the less likelihood you will actually get paid.

This agency is trying to con translators into doing work free of charge.

Firstly I would like to apologise you all for such a delay in payments.
Due to lockdown and one of our accounts team members abruptly left the organisation.
And so the emailes piled up and we could not even reply back
Let me take this task on priority and see that you atleast receive a reply and the payment updates.

These complaints go back to 2011, you cannot blame "lockdown" or leaving of one of your colleagues.
You and your team are cancer to the industry, keep on feeding on other pple's hard work.

Shakti Enterprise don't pay. 5 months have past but still no payements and no reply.
I have worked with them several times and my experience is that they do pay, although very late and after several reminders. However, the good thing about them is that while they keep you awaited for your payments, they never talk back in a rude manner. They are late with their payments, but also patient with their freelancers.
It is very unfortunate to say that Shakti Enterprises holding my payments since November 2020 and still it is pending and nobody replies or respond to your mails. Beware who are new in this industry.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I have small jobs from Shakti Enterprise. I sent number of emails to their accounts team about invoice/payment process but never get a response. Their project manager & localization manager however, respond to my email, skype.
This is quite a unique agency since their accounts never reply, send information on payment process etc. I guess, to avoid frustration, dissapointment, wasting of time, better not working with the agency.
They still have not paid me the full amount of money the owe me since last August. They do not care about their translators, about their reputation or about doing their job. Their accounts team and directors just ignore all emails unless reminded several times, or, if they reply, they just lie about how they are "definitely going to pay before the end of December", "before the end of January", "before the end of March", etc, etc, etc. I have spent a lot of time and effort on getting the money I earned and still I have not received them. Never before have I ever had to wait for so long to get my payment and you can not blame lockdown for NINE MONTHS delay in payments.
Do not work with this company, guys, unless you enjoy working for free, being lied to and ignored.
Request you to please blacklist this institution for the sake of this industry. Please see the messages and how many people are cheated.
What I do is to ask them to pay past project before I send/complete the new project they give me although there is a risk that they also dont pay the new project. It is so frustrating that you have to spend time to ask and ask for your right, while us translator, respect our deadline.
Seems that the company is not professional. So many people, email account, contact person, yet no actual payment is made.
And this is old company, went back to 2011? Terrible.
I think they aim for new translator who is inexperience in the industry.
How to stop this? How to prevent new translator for experiencing this unfortunate event?
They owe me for 1 year and keep saying: we will pay by the 10th, 15th, 20th, end of month, via wire, PayPall...
Strongly not recommend working with them.

I think Shakti Enterprise is an international organized scammer. From top to bottom, all the same. They're aiming to translator newbie who have limited info on good/bad agency.
Calling/whatsapp directly to owner, also don't help. I worked in July2021 for USD321 & not paid. 1st saying payment will be Oct 5, then 2weeks afterwards, now 25-30Oct.
yes, Shakti Enterprise run by total SCAMMERs , they never pay.
I have multiple proof they claimed payment will be made & never pay at the end.
They never pay, this is the worst company I have been working with.

Hello I have worked with Shakti Enterprise recently they do not paying my the payment every time they gives dates and not even pick up the calls as in office my teams is keep on asking for a payment situation is very serious many mails they not reply their response is poor please be careful everyone before working with them. They always they do not have money to pay so please everyone be alerts if they give you any project do not take as they will not pay you after the work they gives dates and dates soon I will share screenshots also so that no one will get into there traps as they not paying for payment after the work we need beg like a beggars they are very not even responding they are scammers.
I've also been working with them since mid September. They never want to talk about payment. They are a fraudulent organization. They owe $900 but keep changing payment days. They are some fraudsters by the names Khushboo Harjai Sayyed, Qunoot Momin, Khateeb Choudhary , Sanket Chavan. Isn't there something we can unite and do? I have reported them to fraud team in India +91 83689 83940. If we all complain to that number maybe something will happen. Also, we need to find their clients and raise the issue.
