Dear Sylvie Le Bras,
Jessica Mcbridge has sent the following message to you from your profile page at TranslationDirectory.com.
==============================================
"How are you doing?...I'm Jessica, am in need of your service. Get back to me as soon as possible."
How are you doing today?.. I'm just attaching the assignment to you so i want you to check and view it and kindly let me have your Quote's. More so i want it to be ready as soon as possible cos i will need to submit it in 20days time.Looking forward to read from you."
AS IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I RECEIVE THAT KIND OF MESSAGES, AND BEFORE GOING ANY FURTHER IN THE DISCUSSION, I ASKED FOR A PAYMENT BEFORE THE TRANSLATION AND BY BANK TRANSFER ONLY. HERE UNDER IS THE ANSWER FROM THE PERSON:
"Well i just want you to know that my uncle will be responsible for
payment since his the only one left for me as the breadwinner. He
will be sending you a Check so kindly get back to me with your Full
name and address so that he can make the payment to you as soon as
possible. Moreso i will be submitting the assignment in 20days time so i want it to be ready before then. Looking forward to read back from you."
IT IS TIPICALLY A PERSON WHO WANTS TO PAY YOU WITH FAKE CHECKS/TRAVERLLER'S CHECKS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND NEVER ACCEPT TRAVELLER'S CHECKS AS PAYMENT!!!!
I HAVE INFORMED THE CEO OF TRANSLATIONDIRECTORY.COM TO REMOVE THE MESSAGE.
BEST REGARDS
Sylvie
I just received that, and didn't even bother with it, since it sounds so unprofessional; and they use English names, but their English is poor and on top of that every scammer uses the word "kindly ..." When I see 'kindly this or kindly that" I click delete or report as scam or spam in an instant.
