Re[3]: Real Translator Jobs- Scam or not?
Hi Iakovos.
Thanks for replying. I have no idea that the woman wasn't from Greece. It just shows how clever they are. I am so glad to hear I helped you from being duped as well. However, after I posted this message I looked up their web-site out of curiousity and they have changed the text. It now says it is free to join and you have to have at least 1 year of experience. I got so angry that I wrote them a mail to complain. First I didn't hear anything, but then I manage to find another mail-adr. from their new site. The mail I wrote was very formal stating what they did wrong and how they have tricked me. I also stated the fact that what they have done was against the law in my country, which it is, and I expected that they returned my money. Luckily I happen to know a bit about the laws in my country. Being an entrepreneur you kind of have to. I got my money back, but didn't hear I thing from them. Not a word.
I am not a translator by profession, but I think it just rotten to trick you who are and take your work seriously. Stay away from them. They are not serious and just after your money.
Thanks again for your reply! I really appreciated it.
Everine
