Re[3]: Real Translator Jobs- Scam or not?
I subscribed to RealTranslatorJobs via ClickBank. At your member page you won't find anything more than a list of sites that suppossedly need freelance translators, there is an "earnings calculator" that is nothing more than a toy for start dreaming about how much money you want to earn, just tells you how many "translating jobs" you should do to earn any quantity you type. Only crap. There is a word counter suppposedly to be a very useful tool for your translation work, and another tool for translating fragments of text from some languages to others, nothing different to on-line tools you can find for free like babel-fish. Other thing you find there is a link saying "Click Here For Your FREE Money Making Website ($1995 Value Free!)" supossedly for you to have a complete web page, professionally crafted for you, even with a reverse counter that rushes you to claim your gift before the 15 only left ones are gone, and what you encounter is a page that claims a payment for subscribing your domain, the hosting, the domain privacy, etc. The only thing for free is the "design" of your page. You have to accept all these payments and give a credit card number to continue. But, after ignoring this scam you look everywhere to find the translating jobs the promised, and the only translating related page is the list of companies where you must subscribe for yourself to each one. Then I started immediately to subscribe to all the links that I found there. Did you read about "no translation experience required" ? What they don´t tell you is that most of those companies ask for a documented certification on translating and at least three years of experience. So, you can't subscribe to most of them unless you lie about your experience translating. I started to subscribe to that places more than three weeks ago. At this moment I am subscribed to more than FITFY different places, and guess what? I haven't received no one, not even ONE translating job from any of them. I am still wondering how the hell they can tell in their adversiting that "an average freelance translator earns 50,000 dollars at week" and "the need of translators is exploding" and crap like that. The only one thing I could say about ClickBank is that one week ago I sent a reclaim letter to its help desk and they refunded me the total 35 dollars I payed, after 5 days I received the money at my credit card account through paypal, so, the only thing I left was my time. But, completely for sure, realTranslatorJobs doesn't work, you won't do a cent from them. You could do the same thing I describe here looking for "hiring freelance translators" in google and subscribing to each company that appears on the results. If you have any doubt try it for yourself. That's the offering into Real Translator Jobs, and you pay 35 dollars for it. By the way, to make the site appearing as if they had a useful content there are some "video courses" about making money on Twitter, Amazon and on selling pages like EBay, none of them I tried because i think is a way of distracting you while you try to make money by other means while you wait for the "translation jobs" to come, following other crap instructions and meanwhile the time to ask for refund ends.
