LTC Organiser Version 5.2 is here!
The Language Technology Centre is releasing a new version of the internationally renowned LTC Organiser software program. The Organiser helps to speed up workflows and offers improved control of administration and management.

The LTC Organiser is a unique and innovative instrument in the language industry. The program offers the ideal support for all types of multilingual projects. The LTC Organiser is suitable for large organisations and companies, as well as small and medium-sized companies and freelance service providers, and is used all over the world. The software can be customised, but the benefits remain the same:

The LTC Organiser reduces management time and costs by at least 50% and thus saves valuable time and money.
The software features order management and scheduling as well as automatic invoicing, payment tracking and reporting functions. Translations can therefore be organised, planned and carried out as efficiently as possible.

Customers and suppliers can call up their data at any time. To do so, they access the company website, log in, update their data and transfer this in real time. Customers can request quotations and status information on current projects. Suppliers can also see current and future tasks and deliver progress reports.

The LTC Organiser can be accessed from anywhere in the world at any time. Company directors or departmental managers on business trips can access sales figures, outstanding invoices, ongoing projects, revenue from special customers, supplier costs and much more using the web license.

Information is only entered once and can then be accessed by all members of the project team.
The interface is very user-friendly and there are numerous search, filter and sorting options in addition to detailed reporting, which all reduce access and processing time.

Companies with several offices can access the same LTC Organiser database and coordinate projects regardless of the time zone, location and currency.

LTC has improved and expanded various modules. For example, there are now even more options in the quote, supplier and project toolbars.

At the same time, data security has been improved. This includes the possibility of granting access authorisation for each file individually. If users do not wish to modify exported purchase orders and payments, a security warning appears which offers additional protection from manipulation.

With version 5.2, the LTC Organiser continues to have the edge on other software programs in the language industry and is thus the most efficient tool on the market.
