Nathalie De SutterYcomm Europe, a multilingual documentation services provider based in Ghent, Belgium, received the prestigious Best Localization Partner 2004 award from Ricoh's European Language Centre (ELC) in Amsterdam.

Ricoh ELC has implemented an advanced workflow for creating and managing the content of the technical documentation for its broad range of products. Ycomm Europe has developed innovative tools to measure and improve translation quality and reduce the time required for proofreading, which were seamlessly integrated into Ricoh's proprietary workflow. This award of excellence confirms that innovation and a customer-driven approach are essential elements for superior performance and lead toward true partnerships.

Ricoh expressed its appreciation by rating Ycomm Europe as “Best Localization Partner”, based on the compiled results from project evaluations in 2004 that concern all aspects of the services provided by Ricoh’s certified localisation partners: project management & communication skills, engineering efficiency, DTP/translation quality and administration.

Ricoh Europe B.V., the European headquarters of Ricoh Company Ltd. of Japan, is located in Amstelveen, The Netherlands, and is responsible for marketing, sales and service of Ricoh products in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Nathalie De Sutter holds a masters degree in Indology and a post-graduate degree in Business Communication. She is based in Ghent, Belgium, and works as a Business Development Manager at YAMAGATA EUROPE. The company was founded in 1998 as the centre of excellence for multilingual content management within the Japanese Yamagata Printing Group.
