As an ambitious initiative to meet the local and regional market needs for translation, the University College of Applied Sciences has established Al-Mamoun for Translation.
It is one of the best and most professional translation units in the Palestinian territories. The unit provides professional and high-quality translations in various disciplines. It also provides other services such as editing, proofreading, interpreting and audio-visual translation.
Al-Mamoun translation unit includes a selected group of professional, well-trained and highly qualified legal sworn translators.
The unit has successfully translated 10 books in different disciplines such as engineering, law and management over the last few months. Our team has also performed many translation works in favor of big companies and international organizations such as World Health Organization (WHO), UNDP, Birzeit University Institute of Law, and UNRWA. Moreover, we translated a lot of websites, and commercial, academic, legal and technical documents for many institutions and ministries.
Al-Mamoun’s hard efforts effectively resulted in building partnerships with several organizations and corporate bodies like Arab Organization for Translation, Islamic Development Bank in Jeddah, Arab Scientific Community Organization (ARSCO), and Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO).
Our translators are trained to accomplish a huge amount of excellent work in a short time to meet the deadlines required by clients.
